Try to stay away from it because it can use Paralyze on you which lasts 30 sec. It will also use Decrease Patk for 30 sec so, in my opinion, the best party will be made of ranged characters, preferably mages. It is quite strong so you might need 2 parties to take it down.
It can be found inside Cemetery near the teleport spot (port from Aden to Seal of Shilen).
