You have to search for the room where it is (there are 3 floors with 5 rooms each) and light the 4 candles around it to make it spawn (the light should be blue). To find Zaken you can use AoE skills into the rooms and if it tells you hit a NPC, bingo!
It is a level 83 Raid Boss, resistant to dark attacks.
By the way, the ramps to get up or down the floors are always in the North. Just stick to the healer or tank and they won't start the raid without you if you got lost.
